High performance

The 4 key elements to a high performance learning environment

Written by Gabriella Ferenczi

In a high performance learning environment, high performance becomes the norm.

We always wondered what it takes for the busiest of people to really make progress and learn a language to their desired level in the fastest possible time.

After working with hundreds of professionals who’ve learnt foreign languages with us, we feel the key is in the environment. Methodology, chemistry between teacher and client, and numerous other factors of course also play an important role, but all in all, we believe it’s the right conditions that support the fastest results.

Environment dictates performance.

Each of our Language Accelerator Programmes have been designed to incorporate four key elements to a high-performance environment:

Resources.
Our clients (typically finance executives and leaders in financial services) get access to exclusive learning materials, templates, online and offline events all designed to aid their progress, fitting seamlessly into their busy schedule.

Best practices.
Top quality, unique language training and coaching programmes, based on our wealth of experience working with hundreds of city professionals.

Accountability.
Accountability is essential to maintain motivation, commitment and drive. It’s one of the key elements of our programmes, achieved through the coaching approach.

Peer support.
Each of our clients are carefully selected after their application. Therefore, our client support network is a community of like-minded leaders and professionals in financial services who all share an aligned vision.
